The right recruiter can bolster your chances

➔    Like most everything else, not all recruiters are created equal.  It’s up to you to select the right recruiter for your job search.

       Some recruiters may focus on one or a small set of industries; some only may handle executive positions; some may only work with salespeople.  Keep in mind, however, that recruiters don’t work for you, they work for the company.  And typically they are paid by the company.  You need to keep that in mind if you’re working with one.
